And now for something really different...

Mi amiga Miss Eren Blanquet suggested I post a few of my paintings, so why not? Both of these pictures are from scans of slides I had to make for the class, so I apologize in advance for their poor quality. First up, here's one of the few paintings I actually finished for my plein-air painting class in college, from Upper Newport Backbay...And here's a picture I snapped of the scene as I was packing up. You can see how fast the tide is coming in... Of course this was when the sun finally decided to come out too. But despite the weather and fast moving tides that force you to paint really really fast, this is definitly one of my favorite places to paint or even just to visit.

Eights...

Here's some very, very loose sketches I did of a character for a group project my friends and I are working on for the San Diego Comic Con. Keep an eye out for us at "Prehensile Press" this summer when we premiere the final product!

Wow, I haven't gone this long without posting for a while. I hope I haven't lost all my adoring fans! : ) Well, I'm gonna make up for it and post a lot this week. First of all, here's some of my better cafe sketches from the last few weeks (now you see why I haven't posted for a while). And I promise some much better stuff in my next posts, so please stick around!

My beagle is a Luck Dragon! Yay!

"Falcor it's amazing, it's as if The Nothing never was!"

My dog Molly definitly was the inspiration for me when I made my first short film at Cal State Fullerton called "Treasures", a simple little story about a dog chasing a crab on the beach. And when I started creating new storyboard samples I decided I wanted to revisit this story for my portfolio. Well, it's been in there for a while now, so I've decided I finally wanted to add it to the storyboards on my website. So feel free to check out "Treasures" and let me know what you think!

"Yeah!"
